Is Performance Assurance for you?

All projects should consider how they are going to meet their performance requirements. However, the scope and scale of the process and analysis must be driven by the risk and consequences of failure to meet the performance goals. For those lucky enough to travel the well worn path and can use familiar technology and have relaxed performance demands then performance assurance may not be for you. HOWEVER, If you are developing a large scale project, with demanding performance requirements and new technology then you may well need performance assurance
